 Heat press settings may vary depending on the machine you’re using, so there is no universal time or temperature. It’s best to use your own judgment based on how your heat press performs with similar materials.

For reference, I use a 15x15 Vevor heat press and typically set the temperature to 385°F with light pressure, pressing for about 45–50 seconds. These settings work well for my personal setup, but yours may require adjustment. Be sure to test on a small area first to ensure the best results with your equipment.
